School Life

Tradition &
Culture

Assisi Niketan draws its strength and identity from the rich spiritual heritage of the FSMA β€” blending academic pursuit with values that foster compassion, simplicity, and a deep reverence for life.

Faith-Inspired Foundation
We begin each day with morning prayer, nurturing the students' relationship with God. The Feast of St. Francis of Assisi is celebrated as our annual day, marked by prayer, reflection and Cultural Programmes.
Inclusive Community
One of our proudest strengths is our inclusive culture. We provide a compassionate environment where diverse learners thrive together β€” including children with hearing and speech impairments.
Cultural Celebrations
Diwali, Christmas, Bihu, Children's Day, Republic Day and Independence Day are observed with enthusiasm β€” deepening students' understanding of cultural diversity and patriotism.
Investiture Ceremony
Our Investiture Ceremony formally installs student leaders with a sense of duty, discipline, and responsibilities, inspiring them to uphold the values of discipline, service and leadership as envisioned by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
Co-Curricular Spirit
Fashion shows, drawing competitions, storytelling, solo singing and dancing, Rangoli making, literary contests β€” rich co-curricular experiences cultivate creativity, teamwork, and confidence.
Community & Belonging
From the initiation ceremony for our youngest LKG students to regular PTA meetings β€” every tradition nurtures a sense of belonging and unity among students, parents, and faculty.
