Birth Certificate
Original Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation, Gram Panchayat, or Hospital. This is the primary document for determining age eligibility. Required for all classes without exception.

Transfer Certificate (TC)
Required for all students applying for Class I and above who are transferring from another school. Must be original and duly countersigned by the issuing authority where required. Students from previous ANCS classes do not require a TC for promotion.

Aadhar Card (Student)
Aadhar Card of the student is required for all classes for government records. In case an Aadhar Card has not yet been issued for the child, the parent's Aadhar Card along with a birth certificate will suffice temporarily.

Parent / Guardian Aadhar Cards
Aadhar Cards of both parents or legal guardians are required for school records and communication purposes. Photocopies of both parents to be submitted; originals shown for verification.

Passport Photographs
4 recent passport-sized photographs (white background, face clearly visible) of the student. Additionally, 2 passport photographs of each parent or guardian are required for school records.

Medical / Fitness Certificate
A certificate from a registered medical practitioner confirming the student is physically fit for school. Specifically required for Class I and above. Students with any special medical condition should disclose it for appropriate support.

Additional for Out-of-State Transfers: A Migration Certificate from the state's education authority is required for students transferring from a school outside Assam, applicable for Class V and above.
