• A Transfer Certificate will only be issued after all outstanding fees and dues are cleared
• Students withdrawn in April or May are required to pay fees up to and including June as per the withdrawal policy

• A minimum of 90% attendance is required for a student to be eligible to appear in final examinations
• Absence from examinations without prior written approval will result in exclusion from the order of merit; re-tests will not ordinarily be conducted
• Report cards must be acknowledged and returned by parents/guardians within the stipulated time
• Final examination answer sheets will not be shared with students or parents under any circumstances
• Promotion decisions are based on full-year performance and are final — no appeals or reconsideration will be entertained
